Newbury Park — 177 homes, all Social Rent

Our flagship Redbridge scheme delivers 177 new homes designated entirely for Social Rent — genuinely affordable housing where it's needed most.

Seven Kings — 58 homes with the right mix

This project delivers 16 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units — a bedroom mix planned around real household needs, not just unit counts.

Church Elm — smarter density

Originally consented for 74 units, Church Elm is being enhanced into a more efficient 91-unit scheme — more homes from the same land, without compromising quality.

Chigwell — strategic land for the future

Five acres of strategic land in Epping Forest, purchased for a future planning gain of circa 100 new homes in prime Chigwell.

Mixed-use momentum

In Stratford, a 65,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme includes over 100 serviced hotel apartments. In Canning Town, our 70,000 sq ft scheme was pre-let and pre-sold — with affordable housing units part pre-sold to housing associations before completion.
