The Regulator of Social Housing
As a Registered Provider, Major Commercial is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, which sets a range of standards to which all registered housing providers must adhere.

If you have made a complaint and are not satisfied with the outcome following the completion of the entire complaints process, you may refer the complaint to the Housing Ombudsman Service — a free and impartial service which manages long-standing complaints. Note that the Ombudsman will only consider complaints which have been through our entire complaints process.
